Congratulations to our wonderful patient Carmen!
A huge congratulations to Carmen who finished her treatment with us recently.
Carmen is a student based in Glasgow who was recommended to us by a family member. She had wanted straight teeth since being at school and started treatment with fixed ceramic braces last summer. Her treatment took just 9 months and she is absolutely delighted with the result.
When asked about her experience of treatment at Borders Orthodontics she said that “everyone was so friendly and helpful and took the time to remember things about you” and even though she was based in Glasgow, “it was so quick and easy to get to the practice.” Carmen had heard that Dr Irvine was a perfectionist and she said that “Dr Irvine took the time to get everything perfect, nothing was too much trouble and he has given me the smile I have always wanted.”
When talking about finishing treatment, she said “I couldn’t wait for the big reveal and now feel ecstatic, so much more confident knowing my teeth are perfect.”
